Quinton Byfield
This season, especially the second half, Quinton Byfield has emerged as a dangerous playmaker for the Los Angeles Kings. In the final 32 games of the season, he would have 31 points with 12 goals and 19 assists.
The previous playoff series, Byfield hasn't been as productive with only eight points in 13 playoff games but entering this year he should have a little extra motivation. The last time the Kings played the Oilers was earlier this week on April 14th and Byfield was on the unfortunate end of a dirty play by Darnell Nurse.
Nurse would be suspended one game and Byfield would miss the game against the Seattle Kraken before returning for the regular season finale against the Calgary Flames. This is a chance for Byfield to make the Oilers pay by beating them on the scoreboard and he is getting to the point where he could take over a series.
