Quinton Byfield is a difference maker for the Los Angeles Kings

Fans have been waiting all season for this type of game from Quinton Byfield as he showed just how special he can be for the Los Angeles Kings. Byfield got the scoring started for the Kings in the first period with a goal that tied the game up but he wasn't done there.

He would then have an assist on Warren Foegele's goal near the end of the first period. Byfield would then be the deciding factor in this game with his goal in overtime and finished the game with two goals, one assist on five shots with a +/- of +3.

The line of Byfield, Warren Foegele, and Tanner Jeannot was incredible and all three made an impact today as Foegele had one goal and two assists while Jeannot had a goal and brought the physicality for this line with six hits.

This group seems to collectively be heating up as Byfield now has three goals in the past four games, Foegele has two goals and four assists with Jeannot scoring two goals. The Kings need a group to really step up to take some of the scoring burden off the top line and this group could do just that.
