In a little under one week from now, the first round of the 2026 NHL Draft will take place and the Los Angeles Kings will get the opportunity to pick 17th overall just outside of the lottery.
After breaking down the top 10 centers in the 2026 NHL Draft class, we're now turning our attention to the top wingers available in this year's draft. Next up, we're taking a look at the top 10 wingers in the 2026 draft class going into the first round this upcoming week.
Here's a look at a ranking of the top 10 wingers available in the 2026 NHL Entry Draft class.
10. Marcus Nordmark (Djurgardens, Sweden)
This past year, forward Marcus Nordmark turned heads by impressing with his play at the Hlinka-Gretzky Cup in the summer of 2025. Nordmark continued to play well offensively this past season with Djurgardens in Sweden.
He's scored at a high level in Sweden in this past couple of years. Nordmark is a gifted skater, a smart facilitator with the puck on his stick, and he knows how to get to the soft areas of the ice to create scoring opportunities in the zone offensively.
His ceiling is extremely high offensively, but some of the uncertainties surrounding his defensive game could limit his ceiling in the 2026 draft this upcoming week.
9. Oscar Hemming (Boston College, NCAA)
The big Finnish winger, 6-foot-4 and 200-pound Oscar Hemming, comes into this draft class with a very high hockey IQ and physicality that sets him apart from other prospects at this position group. The younger brother of Dallas Stars' draft pick from a couple of years ago, Emil Hemming, Oscar has been praised by scouts for his ability to hold his own against a high level of competition on both sides of the ice.
Hemming played for the Boston College Eagles in the NCAA this past season, where he showed his ability to use his physicality to his advantage on both sides of the ice and create high quality scoring chances offensively with a quick and powerful release with the puck on his stick.
