2. Ziggy Palffy

The best seasons Ziggy Palffy produced with the Kings place him among the finest ever by a winger in the history of the franchise. He is one of just four Kings' wingers with multiple seasons with over 80 points in franchise history.

When he was healthy, he was around a point-per-game player for the Kings. His offensive impact was a big reason why the Kings made the postseason in three straight seasons (from 2000-2002). Palffy also made a huge impact on the Kings in the postseason in all three appearances with the team, scoring 19 total points in 24 playoff games played.

Palffy was an offensive playmaker for the Kings in the decade, leading the team in scoring in two seasons in the early-to-mid 2000s. He registered two 35-goal and 80+ point seasons in three years in the early 2000s for the Kings.

For his efforts in the early 2000s scoring the puck, Palffy represented the Kings in two NHL All-Star Games (2001 and 2002). He was an important contributor on special teams on the power play, scoring double-digit power play goals in three straight seasons for the Kings.

He finished the decade as one of just two Kings' wingers from the 2000s who registered 150 goals and over 300 total points.
