What to expect from Liam Greentree in the 2024-25 season?

Liam Greentree is still a few years away from the NHL so this season he should return to the Windsor Spitfires in the OHL. The Kings are going to be looking for Greentree to continue to be a productive forward and at least match, if not exceed, the totals he has last season.

After Greentree was selected by the Los Angeles Kings, he met with the media and was asked what kind of player he is and what fans might be able to expect. He described himself "as a power forward that can drive the net and win battles. I think I have a little finesse to my game and can stick handle in tight areas."

The good news is that fans won't have to wait very long to get a sneak peek at what Greentree can bring as he is expected to participate in the Rookie Faceoff next weekend. It will be interesting to see as the season progresses, and how Greentree plays, whether the Kings decide to bring him up to the Ontario Reign to try and move along that development and get him one step closer to the NHL.
