It was clear what Ken Holland wanted to do in his first offseason as general manager of the Los Angeles Kings. He wanted to add veterans that can add depth throughout the roster and the hope is that by adding those veterans they can have more balanced lines in the playoffs.

At this point, the roster feels pretty well set and it is hard to see them adding any additional free agents. One area that Ken Holland will probably continue to explore is the trade market and he has reportedly been pretty aggressive there, even though no trades bringing back a player has happened yet.

If the LA Kings were to find a player they were looking to trade for, these are three players that might be made available.

Trevor Moore

Trevor Moore is a player that has made a lot of sense to be made available in a trade, especially for teams that are looking for a scorer. He did finish the season with only 18 goals but had 12 of them in the final 31 regular season games.

The reason the Kings could consider trading him is that he doesn't have any type of no-trade clause in his contract. This is one hurdle that they don't have to worry about and with an AAV over $4 million, it can also help create cap space if needed.
