The Los Angeles Kings have made multiple roster moves this week to get players in the lineup after recovering from various injuries in the past few days. On Tuesday, the Kings activated veteran forward Corey Perry to make his debut for LA on Oct. 21.
Anze Kopitar could reportedly return to the Los Angeles Kings active roster in this five-game road trip in the Western Conference
On Oct. 22, the Kings assigned goalie Pheonix Copley to the AHL affiliate Ontario Reign to make room on the active roster to activate Kopitar. Head coach Jim Hiller and the Kings have all players traveling with the team during this five-game road trip in the West this week.
Zach Dooley of LA Kings Insider reported on Oct. 23 that Kopitar "remains out" after he suffered a lower-body injury this past week on the road against the Minnesota Wild on Oct. 13.
"The Kings made a couple of changes on Tuesday as Kuemper and forward Corey Perry returned to the lineup against the Blues. Forward Anze Kopitar remains out with a foot injury and though he could feature on this trip, he does not appear likely to go tonight in Dallas. Should the Kings opt for any additional changes, forward Samuel Helenius and defenseman Jacob Moverare are options to check into the lineup."Zach Dooley, LA Kings Insider
It is notable that this report also cites that Kopitar "could feature on this trip" for the Kings.
This news comes after Kopitar was seen without the non-contact in practice on Wednesday for the Kings. Kopitar was also photographed in the regular full-contact jersey during the team skate and practice before the Kings face the Stars in Dallas on Thursday (Oct. 23).
Anze Kopitar is back on the ice at Kings' practice today before the matchup tonight on the road vs. Dallas.

The Kings are in the midst of a five-game road trip in the Western Conference this week that began with a 2-1 overtime win on the road at the Enterprise Center on Oct. 21 against the St. Louis Blues.
Kopitar has missed the past three games for the Kings due to the foot injury he suffered against the Wild this past week on the road. He's registered four assists and four total points this season and he ranks second in the NHL in faceoff percentage.
The Kings face the Stars and star forward Mikko Rantanen on the road at American Airlines Center in Dallas on Oct. 23.
