Adrian Kempe
Another player who the Los Angeles Kings won't even entertain the idea of a trade is with Adrian Kempe. Similar to Kopitar, he has only played for the Kings since they drafted him with the 29th overall pick in the 2014 NHL Draft.
This season he is leading the Kings in goals with 19 and tied for second in assists with 18. He has primarily played alongside Anze Kopitar and there would be no reason to split them up as it would not only create a hole on the top line but impact Kopitar with the familiarity they have built playing on the same line.
Mikey Anderson
The Los Angeles Kings are going to have to make some decisions on defense to create a spot for Drew Doughty when he returns. In addition to that, Jim Hiller will have to shuffle the pairings more than likely and the first decision the Kings have to make is who is paired with Mikey Anderson.
Doughty spent most of last season playing with Anderson but the pair of Anderson and Vladislav Gavrikov has been one of the best in the entire NHL. The Kings may consider trading Gavrikov because of the fact that he currently is in the final year of his contract but Mikey Anderson won't even be in the discussion at the trade deadline.
