Los Angeles Kings continue to find a way to win
The Los Angeles Kings have now won four straight games but if there is a criticism it is that they have not looked very good the past three and some may say that they have gotten lucky. They would overcome a two-goal deficit in the second period against the Flyers and there is a case to be made that the Devils and Lightning were the better teams on the ice.
After the game Saturday, most agreed in that assessment which included the head coaches of both teams according to Andrew Knoll.
#Bolts Cooper: It was a tough one for us to come out with no points. I think if you talk to their coaching staff, they'd probably say the same thing.

Indeed they did. #GoKingsGo Hiller:
Of course (Kuemper stole the game). That was probably our most lopsided game, frankly.
There is no question that the Kings need to clean some things up but it also feels like this is a definition of a great team. Even when they don't have their best performances, they still find a way to win the game.
That is exactly what the Los Angeles Kings have been able to do and when the defense is struggling, Darcy Kuemper has his best performance. Or when David Rittich allows four goals, the offense finds a second gear and puts in two goals in the third period against the Flyers to secure the win.
This is a very balanced Los Angeles Kings team that can win a multitude of ways any given night and that will make it very tough on opponents.
