Trevor Moore
After Spence, the next player who probably would generate the most interest is forward Trevor Moore. He has played six seasons now with the Los Angeles Kings after they traded for him during the 2019-20 season and has been inconsistent at best.
In 2021-22, he had 48 points and a career-high in assists with 31, but followed that up with only 29 points in 59 games the next season. Moore would bounce back in 2023-24 with a career-high in goals with 31 and points with 57, but this season seemed to take a step backward with only 18 goals and 22 assists.
Moore has three more years left on his contract with an AAV of $4.2 million, which is not a salary that should scare teams away or require the Kings to retain salary to get a deal done, especially with the salary cap rising as much as it is over the next few years.
He also doesn't have any no-trade clauses as part of his contract, and that wouldn't have to factor into any trade discussions the Kings might have.
