The Los Angeles Kings are about to have an extended break with the 4 Nations Face-Off set to start next week. The four-team tournament currently only has one player from the Kings set to participate, Adrian Kempe, who is part of Team Sweden.
Prior to getting the extended break, the Kings have back-to-back games at home against the Dallas Stars and the Anaheim Ducks. They are entering these final two games on a high note after winning two consecutive games and doing so with an impressive offensive performance of 10 total goals during that stretch.
The Kings as a team are going to want to keep that momentum rolling into the break but there are a number of players that might have a little extra motivation over the next few games.
