Brock Boeser

The Vancouver Canucks are expected to be very active and one of the top sellers ahead of the NHL Trade Deadline. They are struggling right now and over the last 10 games have gone 2-6-2 with J.T. Miller being the most likely to be traded over the next few weeks.

However, Brock Boeser is another player to watch that could be on the move and if he becomes available the Los Angeles Kings should be very interested. He is a former 40-goal scorer and this season already has 16 and could be a great right-handed wing to add to this offense. If the Kings could add a player of his caliber alongside Quinton Byfield, it could give them two quality lines among the forwards.

The reason the Canucks could look to trade Boeser is that he is set to be a free agent after this season and there is no guarantee they will be able to sign him in the offseason. If the Canucks decide to completely tear down the roster, Boeser would likely be traded and as long as the Kings are not one of 15 teams on his modified no-trade clause, this move makes a lot of sense.
