The Los Angeles Kings had a quiet NHL Trade Deadline as they would make only one trade on Friday. For the most part, the addition of Andrei Kuzmenko has been very positive, even if the forward is still looking for his first point with the Kings.

The Kings had Kuzmenko start out on the line with Anze Kopitar and Adrian Kempe, and Kopitar, in particular, has bounced back in a big way. He has had at least one point in the three games Kuzmenko has played in and four points total.

It also has helped bring balance to the forward lines as Alex Turcotte playing on the fourth line has seen significant improvements as he has fit right in next to the physical Samuel Helenius and Tanner Jeannot.

While the trade has been great, it feels like there is a little bit of a lost opportunity for the Los Angeles Kings. They are trying to get out of the first round for the first time in roughly a decade and if they fail again this year, the lack of impact moves at the trade deadline could be a determining factor.

With that in mind, these are three players that they might regret not trading for as they could have a major impact on this team.
