There is a plethora of depth and talent in the active roster lineup for the Kings and head coach Jim Hiller offensively since the deal this past week that Holland made with the Rangers from New York for Panarin for the forward core group this regular season.

Because of the addition of Panarin to the active roster lineup for the Kings and Hiller this regular season in the West, the team has more cap room left to make additional moves on the trade block in the next few weeks before the trade deadline next month in early March.

A couple of key Kings' forwards and veteran players on the roster this regular season in the West could also be on the outside looking in on the active roster lineup in the next couple of months for the team.

Here are three Kings' players who are the most likely to be traded next by LA before the trade deadline in a few weeks next month in early March after the team dealt forward prospect Liam Greentree to the Rangers this past week in the Panarin deal exchange.

Trevor Moore, W

Since this past regular season in the 2024-25 campaign and the last offseason in the summer of 2025 last year in the West, there was some rumors and speculation going around in the media and in various circles on social media that winger Trevor Moore could be traded from the Kings' roster group. Moore has registered seven goals and 15 total points in the West this regular season for hiller and the Kings in the active roster lineup.

The addition of Panarin to the active roster lineup offensively for Hiller and the Kings this regular season in this upcoming couple of months in the West in the Pacific Division could leave Moore excluded from the projected forward lines core group in the top nine for LA.
