Byfield scored the game's first goal on the scoreboard for the Kings and Smith and the coaching staff early after the first intermission and the opening frame yesterday. In the middle frame in the second period early, Byfield delivered a critical goal to help the Kings get back in the game on the ice and on the scoreboard.
