Kings Best Selection: Trevor Lewis, 1st Round, 17th Overall
This selection has taken some time to come into fruition and who knows, if Jonathan Bernier had got more playing time I may be talking about him instead. But Bernier is still a backup looking to find a starting spot somewhere and Lewis has played in over 200 NHL games.
Lewis really didn’t start making an impact for the Kings until Darryl Sutter came in during the ’11-’12 season. I’m saying next season, in his first full season under Sutter, Lewis puts up some very good numbers for a depth player.
