November 15th @ Ottawa Senators
For the Kings, the next revenge game is going to be on November 15th when they travel to Ottawa to play the Senators. It is going to be a game with a familiar face as part of their defense on the other side as this will be Jordan Spence's first game against his former team since they traded him.
Spence was traded during the 2025 NHL Draft due to him wanting to have a bigger role and the Kings not really having a way to get him more ice time with their current roster. This will be a great chance for Spence to show he definitely warranted more ice time when he was with the Kings.
November 21st vs. Boston Bruins
Less than one week later, the Los Angeles Kings return back home to play the Boston Bruins, who not only have a former player in Tanner Jeannot but are led by a former coach in Marco Sturm. He was the head coach of the Ontario Reign for a few seasons before accepting the job as head coach of the Boston Bruins this offseason.
One of the main free agent moves the Bruins made was to sign Tanner Jeannot to a surprising five-year contract. The Kings traded for Jeannot last offseason and he was a solid contributor but it is hard to imagine he will be able to produce to justify the contract he was given by the Bruins.
There is no question that both of them are going to be working extra hard to get a win in their first game against their former team.
