The Kings continued their sub par play last night dropping a game 5-3. I am fine with teams losing, it happens. But at least give yourselves a chance to win the game. The Kings were sloppy in their own end and had several defensive breakdowns that lead to easy goals. To top it all off they basically rolled over against the Columbus Blue Jackets. The freaking Blue Jackets! Things have been tough for the Kings of late and they need to do something to turn it around.

In other Pacific Division news, the Vancouver Canucks beat the Edmonton Oilers closing the gap in the standings ever so slightly. But the major news would have to be the Anaheim Ducks finally lost at home in regulation. They dropped a 3-2 decision to Winnipeg Jets. Who would have thought the Jets would be the team that finally ended that streak.
