The Kings controlled much of their game last night against the New Jersey Devils but they were unable to pull out the win. The tempo and much of the game was set by the Kings but they were unable to beat Corey Schneider. Despite out shooting the Devils 27-5 through two periods the Devils scored on just their seventh shot of the game in the third period. The Kings were able to tie the game but fell in overtime. On the bright side it was the eight straight game the Kings grabbed a point.
