Some Kings news came out of El Segundo earlier this morning. It was announced that the Kings have avoided arbitration with Trevor Lewis and agreed on a one-year $1.325 million contract. This pretty much fills up the roster which leaves Kyle Clifford on the outside and looking in. Unless someone is placed on long time injured reserve or there is a roster move, it looks like Clifford will have to be moved and wont be in a Kings sweater next season.
Several countries released rosters for their Olympic Orientation Camps yesterday. There are a total of seven Kings invited to those camps and headed to camps for the United States, Canada and Russia. I’m assuming there will be one more Olympian added to that list when Slovenia comes forward with their roster.
