It is that time of year again. Students are looking up their classes, restocking their pens and papers and are starting to get back in the school mindset. With that in mind, we issued a question on Twitter, Facebook and Reddit, if a player on the Los Angeles Kings were to teach a class, what would be the name of that course. Going through the classes submitted by the fans, there seemed to be a trend in the favorite professor department, Mike Richards, Jeff Carter, Dustin Brown and Dustin Penner came up the most. So these guys may need a lecture hall setting for their classes for sure.

Feel free to keep the suggestions coming in on any of our social media sites or in the comment section below. But for now, grab your notebooks and welcome to LA Kings School.

The school’s first submission and class came with a bang. I’m sure Brown’s hit on Sedin during the 2012 playoffs will be a fundamental lesson in this class.

Being a NHL player almost automatically makes you tough, having an adorable little lap dog may knock that down a notch or two, even if it is your girlfriends. Carter can teach you how to cope with this.

This class would probably go in the law curriculum somewhere.

Darryl Sutter has a unique lingo, that is for sure. So this class, taught by anyone at all would be quite useful.

There is an ever-present social life that comes along with college, and Reddit user lucxsmith knows just the guys to teach you about it.

Based on past experience, I don’t know how much you would learn in this class.

There will either be a lot or very little to learn in this class submitted by Redditer, dotdoubledot.

Professor Penner has a nice ring to it.

Want to expand your vocabulary, and learn how to give a great speech? This is the class for you.

Thanks to everyone for participating, and keep an eye out for more fan interaction like this through out the summer and next season!
