That’s the end of arbitration summer for the Los Angeles Kings. Brad Richardson, the versatile, fits everywhere forward signed for a reasonable $1,175,000 cap hit. Last season Richardson’s cap hit was $900,000, so it’s a moderate increase, but nothing terribly off the charts.
Brad Richardson lined up on all four lines last season, suiting up for 68 games total, netting 7 goals and 12 assists for 19 total points. Since being acquired from Colorado, Richardson has proven his value in several different ways, most importantly serving to slot into any position the Kings need him either as a result of injury or poor play.
