Duncan Keith Wins the Norris Trophy

Up next is the big one. The Norris Trophy, awarded to the best defenseman in the NHL. Nominees this year include Drew Doughty from Los Angeles (!), Mike Green from Washington and Duncan Keith from Chicago.

And the winner is… Duncan Keith.

What a showing for Doughty. He didn’t win, and props to Keith for a good performance all season. Nonetheless, I am the most excited about the fact that we’re likely to be seeing him at the Awards Show in future seasons, where he’ll be bringing that shiny trophy back to Los Angeles. Maybe next year, after he brings the bigger, shinier trophy home…
