Scott Parse signed a two-year contract with the LA Kings for $1.8 million. That puts him at a $900,000 per season cap hit, and is a relatively conservative move. Scott Parse put together a respectable season with 11 goals and 13 assists in 59 games this season, which was his first. He’s got some real skill around the net, and while he’s not the complete player the Kings are hoping he will become, he’s done well for himself. I think it’s a good signing at a good price and am looking forward to seeing him develop over the next couple seasons.
